    Physical Activity Assessments

    Based upon your own needs and goals, you will be able to choose from three levels of Physical Activity Assessments: Fundamental, Enhanced, or Optimized. Complete with a Mayo Clinic level of interpretation, you'll gain the knowledge, data, and expert guidance needed to succeed. Whether you are a new exerciser, professional or everyday athlete, you can break through to your next level of physical conditioning.

    Fundamental Assessment – 3 hours

    Exercise Recommendations

    Receive resistance and cardiovascular training guidance, including target heart rate zones, so you can get the most out of your workout.

    Assesses the amount of oxygen you use during exercise, allowing us to gauge your cardiovascular fitness level.

    Functional Movement Screen

    Evaluates your balance, flexibility and coordination–all of which impact your exercise program and day-to-day activities.

    Participate in hands-on cooking classes led by our executive wellness chef and registered dietitian nutritionists.

    Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program for Physicians

    Earn CME Credits through a unique and immersive wellness experience. 

    Be one of the first to experience Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program for Physicians, a new offering uniquely designed by and for physicians like you. With rising rates of physician burnout, invigorate your knowledge of and commitment to physical activity, nutrition, and resiliency and the mind-body connection through an immersive experience that will benefit you and your patients.

    Based on The Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program principles, you will learn how lifestyle medicine can prevent and treat chronic disease and improve quality of life. Unlike traditional CME that uses classroom-based formats to educate physicians, this course offers active, hands-on learning and the creation of an individualized wellness plan. Learning in this personal manner will allow you to better guide patients to make similar healthy behavior changes.
